Z-524229.ZL & LM451349DGW BEARINGS FOR HOT PLATE MILL

These are the roll neck bearings used for our 4-Hi hot rolling mill exported to Europe. The models of the back-up roll bearing is Z-524229.ZL/C4 (4-ROW CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARING). The work roll bearing is LM451349DGW-310-310CD (4-ROW TAPER ROLLER BEARING，TQO). FV Bearing Company provides an alternative solution made in China. Firstly, we will continue to use the design dimensions and raw material steel grades (SAE3311 and SAE4320H, G20CrNi2MoA ) of the original bearing parts. This is the foundation for ensuring high-quality bearings. Then we manufacture according to the international standard for interchangeable diameter tolerances (DUR / Fw tolerance). Finally, FV's engineers will optimize and upgrade the manufacturing of bearing components. The entire manufacturing process has strict quality control.
