FV is a professional manufacturer of rolling mill bearings. Maybe you don't know our professional technology. Today I will show our professionalism by comparing the drawings of four-row tapered roller bearings.
In this month, we received inquiries from foreign customers for four row tapered roller bearings 3810/600X2/HCP59YAD. The customer previously purchased from other suppliers, here we call the other suppliers as A company. Customer feedback bearing quality is not satisfied bought from A company, there will be various problems, and customers expect us to provide better solutions from FV. The engineers in our technical department checked the drawings of company A and reported that company A's bearing drawings are imprecise and even have a few problems, and it is these problems that caused the customer to have problems during use. Our engineers also designed drawings for the model named BT4B 328350 G/HA, this is just our common design, the following is a comparison of the two drawings.

The drawings of our FV are superior to those of A company mainly in the following aspects:
1. A company's drawings show that the calculation coefficient e= 0.33, but we don't think their e = 0.33.
Whether it is double row tapered roller bearings, structures TDO, TDI, or four row tapered roller bearings TQO and TQI, the axial clearance and radial clearance of such bearings can be interchanged according to the calculation coefficient, the formula is: radial Clearance Cr*1.5/e=axial clearance Ca.
According to the formula, we can conclude that the calculation coefficient of A company is not 0.33. But they informed the customer that the calculation coefficient is 0.33. Our customer is a steel mill customer and is not very familiar with the calculation of bearings.
2. FV axial clearance: 1.310-1.240=0.07, we can control the gap within 0.07.
A company drawing: axial: 1.59-1.05=0.54, this gap 0.54 is pretty large than 0.07.
One roll with a 4TR bearing at each end. The axial clearance consistency of the two bearings needs to be very good. However, the axial clearance range of A company bearings is too large. Their bearings will cause the axial impact force of the roll to be borne only by bearings with small clearances. This is why our FV product is better than A company.
3. On the drawing of A company, they show that the precision level is P5, but the tolerance is ±2, and ±2 is not qualified for P5 precision. And our FV is ±1.2.
4. The design angle of our FV is also different from that of company A. See the comparison below. Our parameter is 785 mm while that of company A is 779 mm. Our angle is 12.5 degrees, while the angle of company A is larger than ours. The larger the angle, the greater the force that the edge of the roller needs to carry when the bearing receives an impact load, which is easy to cause damage to the edge of the roller. And our FV rollers have curvature, which prolongs the service life of rollers and bearings.
