(3) NUP cylindrical roller bearing: NUP bearing is based on NU bearing and adds a guide flange on the inner ring so that the bearing can bear a certain axial load. Its models, such as NUP202-NUP220, NUP305-NUP320, NUP405-NUP430, etc., are suitable for rolling mill equipment with certain requirements for axial load.
(4) NN and NNU double-row cylindrical roller bearings: NN and NNU bearings are double-row cylindrical roller bearings with higher load-bearing capacity and stiffness. Among them, the NN bearing has no flanges on the inner and outer rings, which is suitable for occasions that only bear radial loads. In contrast, the NNU bearing has no flanges on the inner ring and flanges on the outer ring, which can bear certain axial loads. Its models, such as NN3005-NN3030, NNU4920-NNU4944, etc., are suitable for large rolling mill equipment.
Tapered roller bearings
The characteristic of tapered roller bearings is that they can bear radial loads and axial loads at the same time, which is especially suitable for occasions that bear large axial loads. The tapered roller bearings commonly used in pipe rolling mills include single-row tapered roller bearings and double-row tapered roller bearings. The structure of single-row tapered roller bearings is relatively simple, while double-row tapered roller bearings are more excellent in supporting rigidity and balance. Common thrust roller bearing models include the 51100 series, 29200 series, 29300 series, 29400 series, and 81100 series. For example, 51100 series bearings are mainly used in rolling mill thrust transmission systems and are suitable for high-speed and light-load applications.
