Before the New Year holiday in 2025, our Türkiye customer placed orders for FV bearings. The order is approximately the demand for a quarter. There are over 220 pcs of bearings and bushings in total. Including 5 models such as 313823 and 315642. FV bearings had all the forgings manufactured before the Spring Festival. The raw material of the bearing is 100Cr6 (GCr15) with the highest purity. Round bars are not cheap continuous-casting billets. The bearings provided by FV bearings to steel plants are manufactured completely according to SKF's size exchange standards. By doing so, customers will not encounter the trouble of clearance errors when installing bearings. Besides, FV bearing has also customized a batch of L-315642/VJ202 bushings with special inner diameter for customers in Türkiye. This special liner is mounted on some repaired rolls for use.
