Rolling bearings are precision parts and should be used with the correct methods. Even high-quality bearings, if used improperly, will not get the expected results.

The matters needing attention during the use of the bearing are as follows:

1. Keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean

Some bearings have a sealed structure, while some bearings are not sealed. One function of sealing is to prevent dust. Even the tiny dust that is invisible to the naked eye can have an adverse effect on the bearing. Therefore, keep the surroundings clean so that dust does not invade the bearing.

2. Use it carefully.

A strong impact on the bearing during use will cause scars or indentations and cause accidents. In severe cases, it may cause cracks and fractures, which must be paid attention to.

3. Use special bearing tools.

Special tools must be used and cannot be replaced at will.

4. Avoid bearing rust.

Hand sweat can cause rust when handling bearings. Pay attention to the operation with clean hands, wear gloves as much as possible, and watch out for corrosive gases. At the same time, do a good job of lubricating the bearings. If the bearing lacks lubricating oil/grease, it will bear the same load as before during the trial process, which will cause bearing damage.
