507339 four-row cylindrical roller bearings are the most commonly used rolling mill bearing models for wire rod roughing mills. The external dimensions of this bearing are: Φ280xΦ390x220mm, Fw:Φ312mm. The main improvements are as follows: 

1. Upgraded the raw materials of bearing rings. Upgrade from the original commonly used GCr15 (100Cr6) to GCr18Mo (100CrMo7). The fatigue resistance of the bearing raceway has been greatly improved. The impact resistance load has also been significantly improved.

2. The working raceway width of the bearing has become wider, and more rollers are accommodated inside the bearing, upgrading from 4-rows of rollers to 6-rows of rollers. The theoretical rated load of the bearing has been significantly increased.

   
   

These two improvements have extraordinary significance. The bearing code 507339 (313822) has been renamed 507339-6SW (313822-6SW). The bearings still maintain their original interchangeable function. The raceway of the inner ring still has international standard interchangeable tolerances.
