Inspection of slewing support bolts:

1. Crane before each operation may at least once a week, visual inspection of the bolts on the slewing bearing.

2. Slewing bearing operation 100 hours after the operation, should check whether the bolt loose, the 300th operation hours to check again; Every 500 working hours thereafter; The inspection interval should be shortened under bad conditions.

4. When replacing the bolt, scrub the bolt clean and tighten it after applying thread fastening glue; Use the crane according to the operation manual and the requirements of the crane table, or check the fastening bolts according to the requirements on schedule, you can avoid the danger of bolt fatigue damage.
