Slewing bearings are composed of four parts, such as inner ring, outer ring, rolling body and isolation block. Because the core component adopts the slewing bearing, which can withstand axial force and radial force at the same time. There are many forms, but the structural composition is basically the same.
Usually, the slewing bearing ring material is 50Mn, and sometimes 42CrMo is selected to meet the needs in special applications. The rolling element is generally GCr15SiMn. The type of cage has different structural types such as integral, segmented and isolated block. The sealing ring material: oil resistant rubber, fluorine rubber, oil resistant butadiene rubber.
The structural forms of slewing bearings commonly used are single row, double row four-point contact ball slewing bearings, double row angular contact thrust ball slewing bearings, cross cylindrical roller and cross tapered roller slewing bearings, three row cylindrical roller slewing bearings, ball and roller mixed slewing bearings and other different structural forms. The above types of bearings are divided into toothless, external, and internal structures according to whether they have teeth and the distribution of gears.
Turntable bearings are widely used in construction machinery, wind power, solar energy, medical equipment, robotics and other industries.
Its role is to connect the upper and lower parts of the machine together, while supporting the weight of the upper part and the load generated when the machine is working, and making the upper part of the machine rotate relative to the lower part (or the lower part rotate relative to the upper part).
