Recently, our FV bearings have received feedback from customers. Customers are very satisfied with the quality of our bearings and praise their excellent quality. This praise demonstrates our FV's expertise in bearing manufacturing.

In 2020, the spherical roller bearings 24180ECA/C3W33K30 we produced for Iranian customers were mainly used in pellet machines. After three years of operation, the bearing is still in good condition. The picture below shows that the bearing has been disassembled, and the customer is cleaning it and preparing to reassemble it.

The pellet machine is mainly used to produce pellets, which is one of the important links in the steel smelting process. The pellet machine can mix various raw materials quickly and evenly to form pellet-shaped products. This equipment uses advanced, powerful mixing technology, and its core components include a fast rotor, side bottom scrapers, and an inclined cylinder. Through high-precision sensors and control systems, the pelletizing machine can achieve precise control of the proportion of raw materials to ensure the quality stability of the final product.
