Causes and Solutions of Inflexible Rotation of Slewing Bearings

For some mechanical products, the slewing bearing is an indispensable part, but sometimes we find that the slewing ring bearing is not flexible, which will cause a lot of trouble when using it. Today we will discuss the reasons for the inflexible rotation and the corresponding solutions.

1. The slewing bearing gear is deformed or stuck due to movement. The corresponding solution: repair the gear and re-weld the gear.

3. Overload operation will cause the slewing ring to move inflexibly. The corresponding solution: need to reduce the workload.

5. The lubricating oil of the slewing bearing is insufficient, and the friction caused by the increase of the lubricating grease will increase the resistance, thereby causing insensitive movement. The corresponding solution: add lubricating oil of the same specification or replace all lubricating oil.
