A Batch of Bearings are Shipped to Steel Mill Factory in Egypt

On January 1th, 2021, a batch of bearings was shipped to steel mill customers in Egypt by sea. This batch of bearings includes: the inner ring of four-row cylindrical roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings 61964 C3, angular contact ball bearings QJ222N2 MA and 507345, etc.   

The customers of this steel mill mainly produce steel rebar and metal forming, merchant bars including equal angles and flat bars in Egypt.

For rolling mill bearings, the rings and rollers are the most vulnerable to damage. The customer ordered 48 rings L-165RV2221C4. Once the original bearing ring has a problem, it can be interchanged with the original cylindrical roller bearing without replacing the entire set of bearings. This can reduce maintenance costs. After all, the loss of rolling mill bearings is very big.

Deep groove ball bearings 61964 C3 and angular contact ball bearings QJ222N2, 507345 are generally used as thrust bearings and are used in conjunction with four-row cylindrical roller bearings.
