Single direction axial cylindrical roller bearings

Single-direction axial cylindrical roller bearings comprise an axial cylindrical roller and cage assembly, an externally centered housing locating washer, and an internally centered shaft locating washer. The bore diameter, outside diameter, and running surface of the housing locating washer and the shaft locating washer are precision machined. The bearings can support axial forces in one direction.

Most FV cylindrical roller thrust bearings are single-direction bearings; they can provide axial support for a shaft in one direction. They are particularly simple in design and are available as single-row bearings (1) or multi-row bearings (2,3). All cylindrical roller thrust bearings have modified line contact between rollers and raceways, avoiding damaging edge stresses. The bearings are all of separable design; the washers, roller, and cage assemblies can be mounted separately.

Bearings 811 812 are of a single-row design and correspond to DIN 722/ISO 104, and bearings 894 are of a double-row design to DIN 616/ISO 104. Bearings with the designation Z-5.AR has non-standardized dimensions and designations.
