Single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are a special design that accommodates the maximum number of rollers because they have no cage.
Due to the large number of rollers, this kind of bearing can withstand higher radial loads than ordinary single-row cylindrical roller bearings and is suitable for low-speed and heavy-load conditions.
Structural types of single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings
According to the different rib positions, single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into two types:
NCF type: The inner ring has two integral ribs, and the outer ring has one rib; the outer ring has a fixed ring on the opposite side of the integral rib to constrain the bearing as a whole. During operation, the retaining ring should not be subject to axial loads.
NJG type: The outer ring has two integral ribs; the inner ring has one rib and a self-retaining full roller needle. Therefore, the outer ring with the roller set can be separated from the inner ring needless taking special measures to prevent the rollers from falling off, simplifying the installation and disassembly of the bearing. This bearing is suitable for low-speed applications with extremely heavy loads.

Features of single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings
No cage, large number of rollers,
Suitable for low-speed and heavy-duty occasions,
They are used for axial positioning in one direction and ultimately allow axial displacement of the shaft and housing in the other direction,
It mainly bears radial load and can also bear axial load in one direction (towards the single rib direction of the inner ring or outer ring)

Compared with traditional bearings with cages, single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings have an extremely high load-carrying capacity and small radial cross-section, which can save space, but the speed is relatively low. This bearing is mainly used in the metallurgical coupling drive shaft, the industrial reducer output end, and the axial variable piston pump.
