1, Bearing for Rotary tables

Rotary tables are the traditional solution to provide rotational force to turn the drill string. When drilling is interrupted, the Rotary tables can also act as a support device, carrying the full weight of the drill string. The bearing positions are therefore subjected to high radial and axial loads. Due to the above requirements, the thrust angular contact ball bearing with high axial load capacity is the first choice for the main bearing of the Rotary tables. 2, Bearing for Topdrive/Swivel

The Topdrive/Swivel supports the weight of the drill string, while simultaneously acting as a rotating passageway to permit drilling mud to flow into the drill string. The top drive, additionally, provides the torsional force needed to turn the drill string. This application requires high reliability and resistance shock loads generated during the drilling.

3, Bearing for Mud Pump

The mud pump supplies the drilling rig with a constant flow of high-pressure mud (drilling fluid). The operating pressures of these positive displacement pumps are very high, so the bearings (including crosshead bearings, eccentric bearings, crankshaft main bearings and drive shaft bearings) are subject to high radial loads. 4, Bearing for Sheaves 

Sheaves are used in crown and traveling blocks as well as in heave compensation systems. Reliability under high static and dynamic loads is required to ensure maximum uptime under the extreme range of drilling conditions. 

5, Bearing for Mud motor

Mud motor applications are probably the most demanding in the oil drilling field. At the end of the drill string, mud motor bearings experience high temperatures, high loads, shock conditions and direct contact with contaminated drilling fluids. Bearings made of special steel are therefore required to maximize operation in a variety of drilling conditions.

6, Bearing for Drawworks

The primary function of the drawworks is to raise or lower the drill string and provide proper weight on bit. Modern drawworks and winches also can operate Active Heave Compensation (AHC), designed to compensate for the wave motions on floating rigs. The resulting rapid load cycles require an extremely rigid system. Luoyang FV can manufacture a series of bearing such as Spherical roller bearings for the main bearing on hoisting drum.
